No. Cheat codes only work in single-player story mode. Using cheats in GTA Online is against Rockstar's terms of service and can lead to bans, so every code on this site is for story mode only.
Do cheats disable trophies and achievements? +
In past GTA titles, activating a cheat disables achievements and trophies for that save session until you reload. GTA 6 is likely to work the same way, so use cheats on a separate save if you're chasing 100% completion.
