Rockstar Games has officially announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, a $400 merchandise bundle themed around the fictional world of Leonida. The collection, which went on pre-order through the Rockstar Store on September 24, is set to ship on November 19 — the same day GTA 6 itself launches. In a move that has drawn raised eyebrows, the game is explicitly not included and must be purchased separately.

The box draws heavily from in-universe intellectual property, particularly the fictional TV series "Macca the Gator" featured within GTA 6. Buyers get a Macca the Gator figure, a magnetic mirror bearing the character's likeness, and a Chunkee the Manatee shot glass alongside the show's branding. More lifestyle-oriented items round out the package: Oakley Frogskins sunglasses, a Leonida Keys crossbody bag, a New Era 9FORTY Snapback Hat, a Vice City razor blade keychain, an enamel pin set, a sticker pack, a collectible swizzle spoon, and a double-sided souvenir poster featuring the Leonida map.

The announcement lands just days after Rockstar revealed GTA 6: The Album and its Tokyo Game Show merchandise triggered scalper chaos. It suggests the company is building a broader lifestyle brand around the game before launch, treating GTA 6 not just as a video game release but as a full cultural event with its own merchandise ecosystem. Whether collectors consider $400 reasonable for a box of items that does not include the game itself will likely be a matter of lively debate in the community.
